These Terms govern use of the Reception Kit mobile application, website, web dashboard and AI receptionist services.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Description of the Service

Reception Kit is a software-as-a-service platform providing:

• AI call handling
• Message routing (SMS, WhatsApp, web chat)
• Lead and enquiry management
• Appointment scheduling

The Service may be accessed via mobile apps, web dashboards and integrations.


2. Business Use Only

Reception Kit is intended for business use. Users are responsible for how they communicate with customers using the Service.


3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Comply with data protection and marketing laws
• Obtain consent where required
• Use the Service responsibly

Users must not use the Service to send spam, violate privacy laws or engage in illegal activity.


4. Third-Party Integrations

Reception Kit integrates with third-party services, including GoHighLevel, telephony providers and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for outages caused by these providers.


5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change at any time.


6. Fees & Subscription

If the Service is provided on a subscription basis, fees will be communicated separately and may change with notice.


7. Limitation of Liability

Reception Kit Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the Service at any time.


9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
